Hears great and very easy to set up. My initial review was low due to the product seeming like it wasn’t working but I was forgetting to push a reset button which allowed the unit to hit. I did read the instructions carefully, but somehow missed that wish my husband helped with when he got home great product very relaxing.

It works. You can lay in it for 40 minutes and emerge like you just sat in a sauna. Great for post workout recovery and otherwise enjoying the benefits of a sauna.My one complaint is the zippers are stiff and can be hard to use from inside the bag.

Well, actually... It's hot if you turn up the temperature too much. Yikes! 55-65 degrees will do if you want to be sweating but comfortable. Remember to put a towel or some form of barrier on both sides so that the heat from the blanket doesn't make your skin uncomfortable. I use two big beach towels (one on the front and the other back) to get comfortable and absorb sweat.I only gave it four stars because I don't feel comfortable putting this on a bed or couch. The blanket gets hot on the outside as well. Other than that, it does what I bought it for... which was to promote blood circulation and to detox.

This sauna blanket is solid piece of equipment. you can enjoy benefits of sauna in your apartment or house.blanket comes in two pieces with zipper connection.motor and cables unplug and you have plastic liners for ease of use/so you don't have to wipe it down after sweating / also can use treatments and not spread it all over.This also comes with storage bag so you can easily stow not away when not in use.I bought it for my mother in law to help her with various aches and pains.It will be a Christmas gift.I think it is easy enough to use by anyone and does not take much space when folded.sauna blanket is pretty heavy though.

It’s a little hard to zip shut from inside, but a partner can help. Great for recovery, great to relax. I’mReally happy with it. Controls are intuitive and remote is functional and useful. Instructions are poor, but it’s pretty basic to use.
