My initial impressions of this product are very positive. The straps are adjustable and the pads stay firmly on your knees whilst moving around the floor and whilst walking. The plastic oval protection seems hard wearing suggesting that these will likely be long lasting. The side clips allow for quick removal of the pads however they are firm enough to ensure that they do not become loose when moving around. Very pleased with this purchase.

Uncomfortable after a while

These have been invaluable for all sorts of DIY tasks. No matter what you’re kneeling on, the thick foam padding and hard plastic fronts make sure your knees remain comfortable, making onerous jobs much less strenuous and painful. I’ve just spent a week working on a caravan restoration and I simply could not have managed it without these.

The band you fix them on with is wide but as it is not elasticated you have to have it relatively tight so that the pads don't keep moving on your leg, especially if you have to walk about. But this means that they can get a bit tight and uncomfortable and dig in a little. But once you are on your knees they are very well padded. I would try to find an elasticated band next time even these do provide very good padding.

These were bought as a Christmas gift. The recipient often kneels on hard floor tiles and was very pleased to receive them. In a few months I'll know how comfortable and hard wearing he has found them to be.

Bought these to replace my old knee protectors, and wish I'd not bothered. Whilst the actual construction seems fine, and they are comfy to kneel on- there is no point in any of that- unless they stay in place!! I pulled the non-elasticated strap so tight in the end to try to get them to stay up that my circulation was being cut off. For me, there are 2 major flaws here- 1. because the strap is not elasticated, if you tighten it sufficiently to prevent the pads falling down your legs when standing, then when you're kneeling the strap is far too tight and painful. 2. It needs a second padded strap around over the top of the knee- made out of something to create friction (mock suede or something). As they stand, if I hadn't worn them, boy would I be sending them back. Useless I'm afraid. If you have trousers to slide them into, maybe they'd be ok.

these are fantastic - light - easy to fit and work better than I expected - a trades persons must if on your knees

They are not very easy to clip on, the straps are vey stiff, I've had mine for 2 weeks and the straps and clips have broken already. as a professional floor layer they are a waste of money.

ja teuer oder billig, welche kaufe ich mir das war die Frage. Egal dachte ich mir und ich hab mir 3 Klassen geholt: Günstigster der hier, mittel für 25 Euro und dann den Porsche für 40. Ergebnis den teuersten habe ich zerrisen da er nie am Knie bleibt und immer rutscht genau das passierte beim 25 Euro Schoner. Teuerste war so schön weich und warm, aber zum günstigsten der blieb immer gleicham Knie und rutschte nicht soiwe schnelles aufmachen ist wichtig.Der ist einfach super!!!
