Good Product
Nice and easy to install. Works great with touch feature and not like any other product I have seen or used before.

No response from the company
I purchased our touchless faucet last year. Everything was working great, until last week. Water stopped flowing, checked the sensors, they were working and even replaced new batteries. I have contacted the company twice, no response. I believe there is a problem with the check valve (in the handle) either stuck or broken. The company states they stand behind their products, if so, why am I not getting help. Rather have my money back.

How do I email you for the 100% guarantee. Our faucet hose broke off and thank God we were standing right there otherwise it would have flooded our entire house.
