Those free collars are cheap and one then arrived broken.The bar is constructed using refurbished barbell parts I think. I can see half the logo on the sleeve.Besides that I see few marks, small rusty spots blemishes due to bending a straight bar into the zig zag pattern.Looks like would get the job done for home gyms. For commercial gyms need better quality.Thanks!
