Great pair of shoes with wide toe box
**Hobibear Shoes Review**I've been using my Hobibear shoes as my daily commute footwear for a while now, and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations in many ways. One of the standout features is the great wide toe box, which provides ample room for my toes to spread naturally. This makes them incredibly comfortable, especially during long walks or extended wear. I often forget I’m wearing them because they’re just that comfortable. In terms of quality, these shoes offer excellent value for the money. The materials and construction are robust, ensuring they can withstand the daily grind without showing significant signs of wear. They feel durable and well-made, which is impressive given their affordable price point.I've also found them to be fantastic for long-haul flights. I used them on a trip to the US and back, and they were the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn for travel. They’re easy to slip on and off, making airport security a breeze. However, one drawback I've noticed is their performance in wet conditions. My feet do get wet if it's particularly rainy, but they dry quickly. This is a minor inconvenience that doesn’t detract from their overall functionality and comfort, especially considering the price. They're much cheaper than more expensive brands while delivering similar quality.Overall, Hobibear shoes have become my go-to for daily commuting and travel. They’re comfortable, well-made, and offer great value. If you're looking for a reliable pair of shoes for daily wear and long flights, these are definitely worth considering.

Brilliant!
Love these! SO comfortable. I usually have to buy a size 5 due to having very wide feet, but the size 4 fits perfectly!

They are barefoot shoes
I’ve had these shoes for a while now so I thought I’d share a review. I brought these after having a more expensive pair of barefoot shoes. The are true barefoot shoes which are light and have a wide toe box. Sizing is spot on.I have found them pretty comfortable but I do find that where the last eyelet is on the outside part of the shoe has a tendency to rub my little toe, not bad enough for blisters but I know it’s rubbing which I do not get with my other barefoot shoes.Would I buy another pair of Hobibear shoes, yes but they would be a different design.

Supercomfy and roomy
Ok bear with these as they might take a little bit to get acclimatised to zero drop shoes if you've not tried them before. They are super comfy lightweight shoes and my feet have never felt stronger. Took a few weeks to slowly reduce the foot pain I did have from previous shoes but now haven't noticed any of the pain I had before.

So comfy
Love these, great summer shoes. Walked 50 miles in them in 38 degree heat on my trip to Greece. No breaking in required. Just great. Lightweight, breathable, cool kicks.

Good and wide fitting but quite flimsy
The wide fit for my feet was really good and comfortable, no side pinching that I would have with even a size up of normal footwear. I measure UK 7.5 size and extra wide (I measure 2V,4E = 256mm around widest point), so I took a size UK 8/EU42 to be sure they would fit with thicker socks etc. So no problem with enough width room, and being lace up you have adjustment. They are very comfy with flat removeable foam insoles, for reference there is no arch bump support at all. I have tried putting arch support insoles in and they are roomy enough to allow that, but the heal of the shoe is quite low at the back so if you used a high heal insole/footbed it may be an issue. My overall opinion of these made in China shoes is that they are expensive for what they are, when you compare with a lace up pair of pumps or slippers which is basically what they are. The soles are only like you would get on thin rubber slippers, and the uppers are just an open weave man made canvas which you can feel the air through as you walk.... so not really something you would consider for a wet UK climate outdoors, ok in dry sunny weather or driving but not much else. Not really worth the money at all (probably twice or three times what they are worth) but I have no real choice with really wide feet unless you spend a fortune, so these are just about ok for light duty on flat dry ground or indoors, absolutely no good for wet weather or rough stoned paths etc.

9 months in and still going
I bought these as an entry into the barefoot shoes as they were recommended by a friend who works in clothes/shoes retail.I've worn vans for most of my life (now 40) and my heels and toes would always be sore along with some tightening on my hip. Took at couple of days to adjust to the thinner sole but I months later my I rarely have any stiffness in my hip and my feet are rarely sore. I have 2 pairs of these, bought a 2nd pair of a different site for 1/2 the cost and rotate them daily. There are signs of wear but hard wearing overal. The toe box is nice and wide and there is a padded heel support.Would recommend

Really Comfortable But Colour Can Bleed On To Laces If They Get Wet
I purchased the red version of these shoes with white laces and was really happy with how smart they look. I generally struggle to find shoes wide enough across the toes for my feet and found these to be incredibly comfortable, even after a long walk. On my last walk one of the shoes got wet from damp grass, being lightweight they dried very quickly, however the colour bled and turned part of the laces pink. I will still wear them as they are very comfortable but having only had them for a week I don't expect them to look good for very long, disappointing.Update: I decided to put the shoes in the washing machine to see what would happen and they came out fine. I washed them at 30C with some old towels and 4 colour catcher sheets (4 may have been over the top but thought better to have too many than not enough) all of the colour catcher sheets came out pink but the towels and the shoes were fine. The shoes kept their colour and the laces were still white except for the original bits that had turned pink, however these have faded and smaller so aren't really noticeable now. So relieved this worked as the shoes are so comfortable. Have amended my review from 3 to 4 stars and will now probable purchase again in another colour.

Estupendas!!
