Using this ball helped my low back pain more than my yoga classes or chiropractor combined After stretching my back on it less than a week even my chiropractor could tell the difference and he's a man of few words! This ball is great if used appropriately but I have to admit when my two grandsons and husband decided to play roughly with it--ignoring my protests--it did suffer some air loss so I bought some extras just in case.

Great price. It was a little smaller than I originally thought it would be. Perfect for sit ups.

Product sent to me was defective. They said they were going to send me a new one but never did. I threw this one out, it was not round, hence was not great for balance sitting. Waste of money, do not recommend! Go with another brand.

The air pump is terrible. Just one use and it's not usable anymore. The ball doesn't inflate that much.
