Plasma Ball is bright and the electric follows your fingers which is really cool. Has a sound feature that pulses to sounds, it can be hit or miss but is also a nice feature. I saw these at museums as a kids and now my son has one of his own at home!

My daughter just had to have this for her birthday! It works great, and even has a sound reaction feature that I didn’t know about. She was so excited to show everyone her “electricity ball”! Great product for the money!

At first, it seemed a little cheaply made. But it holds up well and performs well. My kids love it.

I bought it for my seven year old son, and he loves it! It’s super fun playing music and watching the light show. Put the music next to the black base for the best results.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, I was Christmas shopping early and it took him some time to set up all of his gifts so by time he went to use it, we were a few days past the return window.The light was kept safely in the box and was not damaged whatsoever and yet it does not turn on. Wasted over $30 and can’t return. Extremely disappointed to be sent a broken item.

The media could not be loaded. I had one of these when I was young and I broke it, I’ve wanted one again ever since. This is exactly what I wanted although the song sync feature is an added bonus I love this! Works awesome so far no issues ( just got this in the mail tonight 10/14 6 pm, will update if any problems arise.

It's a nice size ball which I bought as a gift. Since the description says, "it's battery and USB operated," I like both options, but was very disappointed when I saw it's not battery operated! The gift was accepted though.

This is great. I love it. I always wanted one of these plasma balls as a kid. It has a switch on the side which confused me at first. In the first position the ball responds to audio inputs. Loud sounds and vibration mostly. It will briefly flash or turn on. The markings in the injection molded base are a bit hard to see, so I didn't realize that this wasn't actually "on". This is not a problem with the product, just something to be aware of. The trick is after you click the switch to what you think is the "on" position, you have to click the switch a second time past the first position. This is the real "on" position, and the plasma ball will stay on continuously.The base is very, very lightweight. Don't put this device anywhere it might get bumped because there's no mass to hold it to a surface.Overall an excellent product at an incredibly low price. I love this thing. It's been on a shelf operating continuously since I bought it.

Item was a bit top-heavy and can slide around if you're not careful. But so far that hasn't bothered me. The item works great for its size. I got this on sale for $30 CND, and I think that's a fair price for what you get.
