Unfortunately it was not what I expected, it is not practical to use the gels, the bands fall off your body if you are standing, you have to be lying down so that they do not skid and it does not have good strength. I threw it in the trash.

Experienced a lot of the same complaints that other users have had that they experience a electrical shock or burn. I always understand that I get what I pay for. I it helps me please able to correct the issue with some electrical tape covering the connections. Not everybody has the knowledge or wherewithal to make this simple correction but once done it works as advertised

I can appreciate the engineering behind the Abs Stimulator and it works fine. Comparing my Tenz unit with the Abs Stimulator I must say the Tens unit is better value for money and the electrode pads work even better in terms of the adhesive. In the long run, I prefer the Tenz over the Abs Stimulator.

Well the gel pads last for 4times use onlyNow I have to order a new onesPlus the ABS workouts I cannot fill it the way is describe for the biceps I guess is findAlso the is no instructions how many times to use a day or daysKind not happy will see in a month

Unbelievable accessary to my workout. I'm 73, either do a 30 mile ride each morning or spin for an hour on my wind-trainer then do a routine on my Bow Flex (single so wind-trainer is next to my bed and my second bedroom is my gym). I use the stimulator each evening while watching the news and even though I do 200 sit ups on the Bow Flex each day the additional definition and strength was noticeable in about 6-8 days. The most noticeable happen to be in the biceps and triceps where at level six you really get a workout and DEFINITELY tone and definition is better even though I do five different sets each morning at 180 pounds resistance on the Bow Flex. This product is one of those very rare "I could sell this thing door-to-door" items. Imagine getting more tone and definition while watching the evening news.

I have been using this for two weeks now and I've lost 4Ibs in my mid section. I think it works and has a different affect on different people. I'm not saying it helps you lose weight, I'm saying with a good work-out routine and eating habits results will show. As for me i had surgery last year and had three tumors removed from my uterus and wasn't able to do my normal exercises or any exercises, so I'm trying to lose my surgery belly and re-strengthen my core and i do see and feel the results. i will keep using and continue to work my way back into my exercise routine. hope this review helps!

1. Product do not work more than 10-15 min at a time.2. Glue sticks are poor quality.3. No instructions for padding replacement.

While the product seems decent, one of the host/controller doesn't work at all. Is there a way I can get free replacement? I happen to try this product with faulty pod ( didn't know it is faulty at that time ) and I thought I might be missing something. I charged all 3 pods using the USB cable provided with them. And then I reached for other pods while trying to figure out other straps and found them to be working. After couple swapping experiments, I confirmed one of the pod doesn't work at all... Please provide instructions to return the pod for replacement. Thank you...
