Very simple stories, beautifully told
As a book for younger children to teach them about being good and living a good life this is excellent. As an adult who is not a Buddhist a nice gentle and soothing read. If you are a Buddhist even to a small degree it is a great reminder of all the principles by which we should all live.You are not going to be faced with any deep philosophical arguments here, which can be a relief - there are plenty enough of those books on Buddhist principles already. This is a nice relief and an easy read, recommended to just about everyone to read at least once in their lives.
