ordered late last night and it arrived this morning -- so very punctual and packaged nicely -- product its self came in compressed package --neck brace expanded in full shortly after removed from package -- comfortable and very supportive when tried on -- reason for purchase would be neck support in vehicle - will have to try this out but looks positive -- I use W/C for mobility we just had van converted for handicapped - area cut out includes pasanger front seat so I can drive W/C into van and sit in front area -- however w/c has no upper back, head or neck support-- planning a trip where we will be on road for a couple of days getting there plus travel once we make destination --ordered neck pillow for support to help my comfort level when riding in vehicle and to provide support for naps sitting up

This pillow seems great and the cushion is wonderful. The shape is awesome and the back is high and supportive. However I wish they made a slightly small size, as it does not get tight enough for myself (a mid-size woman). I find that when I lean my head to the size, I feel a good stretch on the opposite side of my neck. I worry that this will cause me to wake up with a kink in my neck on long flights.

Very comfortable and great fit

Very soft on you face and neck. I like how it contours over your shoulders and closes tight in front so your chin doesn’t drop through. The only downfall is that I doesn’t have a carrying case that you can snap or tie onto your carryon luggage or backpack.

Speedy delivery. It is super helpful when I have long distance travel on airplane.

I finally got to use my travel pillow and I was looking forward to a very restful trip a day I can say it was okay. I used it while traveling by car while my husband was driving a 14 hour drive. I found the pillow to be restraining around my neck, hot and not very soft for it being made of memory foam. It comes with cords to tighten the neck or loosen the neck area. You can use it in many different ways, and it comes with a carrying case. Maybe it was the fact that I was on a long trip, but I did use it all the way through my trip. So I'm definitely going to keep it!

I have tried many different types of cushions and or Travel Pillows. This includes Inflatable, Microbead, Memory Foam, Gel and Gel plus Memory Foam one. Inflatable appears to be a good choice as they can be collapsed into a small package and is lightweight. It is not really that good for air travel. The air pressure inside the cabin varies with the airplane altitude. To get comfortable, I need to adjust the air inside the neck pillow a few times during a flight. I have given up on using these inflatables. The gel and gel with memory foam filler material ones, I use mostly for cushions. The microbead neck pillows, I use for air travel. I have at least 2 of these but I misplaced them. Both of them gone AWOL.I got two neck pillows for my car recently. One of them is being used in the car and I love it. The other one, I used it in bed for watching TV. I am retired and sometimes I have trouble sleeping. So, I would watch TV till I fell asleep. The neck pillow worked good until one morning I woke up with a sore neck. I must have fell asleep and the neck pillow slipped off. My neck was not supported and went on an unnatural position, probably hyperextended. My neck was not right for a couple of days.When I saw this jiaao 2-in-1 Travel Pillow, I ordered it right away. I knew I have solved my issue. This pillow supports the neck all around and it is tied down. There should be no chance that it would fall off. I tried it on the bed and it felt great. I tested it the same night watching TV. Fell asleep and I woke up next morning without any issue. So far, I have been using it at night watching TV and I have not got any neck issue the next morning.I really do not care about other ways this pillow could be used. I am using it as a neck pillow watching TV in bed. It excels in my application. Yes, I would be taking this along for Travel too. As far as I am concerned, this is an excellent pillow. If you tend to watch TV in bed and would fall asleep from time to time, this pillow would be PERFECT!

A bit expensive but I don’t regret buying it ! Great for those Red Eye flights when I need my sleep ! It works . Good quality .

I've used a fair number of travel pillows, both on planes and in vehicles, including non-collapsible and blow-up variations, and this is one of the most comfortable and supportive travel pillows I've tried.The pillow comes vacuum sealed but expands almost instantly once you take it out of the packaging. The cover feels smooth and soft and is very comfortable to the touch. The overall shape means the pillow sits securely on one's shoulders, and once the front clasp is fastened - it's a simple post design where you insert one end into the other - the pillow provides plenty of support to keep your head in a relaxed but upright position.The pillow did have that "new" material smell which was a great excuse to wash the removable cover. There is a solidly constructed hidden zipper which allows you to easily remove the covering. I washed the cover on a regular cold wash cycle, using a mesh laundry bag, and then dried using a normal drying cycle. The case came out perfectly, and though it took a bit of wiggling to get the foam back inside, it was still an easy enough task.The scooped shoulder section also functions as advertised, allowing you to set the pillow on a table and then rest your head on the upper donut while your hands can comfortable sit underneath the pillow. I suspect if you have larger hands then there won't be enough room to have them both under the pillow at the same time, at least not without lifting it off the table, but even still with the pressure of one's head resting down you should be able to find a comfortable position.Overall, this is a great travel pillow. My only caution is that it's a bit heavy due to the density and thickness of the foam. This isn't a bad thing for me as it's these features that provide the support, but something to consider if you're looking for a lightweight option. It is also on the pricier side but considering the construction and comfort, it's worth it if you're willing to spend a bit more. Compared to pillows I've seen at airports - and granted prices are always inflated at airport terminal shops - this is a much better product for the price.

Arrived so quick! Comfortable pillow. A bit bulky & doesn’t come with a travel bag. But the outside cover comes off to wash.

This is a fantastic travel pillow, and I am more than excited to use it on my next big road or airline trip. First off, it is comfortable. It is made of memory foam and so it is super soft to the touch and just moulds to the shape of your head or face. It is sturdy enough so that it provides a good amount of neck support when you are in the sitting position. When you are wearing this pillow and sitting down, you can easily find a comfortable position just from tilting your head to any side.I have really bad sleep apnea and it is very apparent when I am sitting and fall asleep because my chin immediately drops down and I start suffocating. Therefore, I never feel well rested when I take a nap in the sitting position. Anyways this travel pillow seems to help mitigate my sleep apnea issues because while wearing it I can lean my head forward or to the side and adjust the pillow such that it prevents my mouth from opening completely. I really like how much support this pillow is able to provide in all directions. It advertises as having 360 degrees neck support and I can testify and say that this product claim is accurate. I also want to mention that I think it is neat that the designers allow you to lean your head forward with the pillow resting on a table and you can tuck your arms underneath it. To be honest, I am not sure if I would use it in this position but I have yet to try and I am glad that the option is there if anything. It is also a comfortable neck pillow to use when laying down.Another thing that I noticed is that it stays nice and cool. So when I put it over my shoulders I am met with a rather pleasant cooling sensation on my neck.I also can appreciate that this support comes with string to let me adjust the tension/tightness of the pillow. This lets me fine tune the device by allowing me to precisely adjust the level of support that this pillow will provide. The outer layer is soft and has a nice colour. Something else that is important to note is that the outermost layer is removable which means that it can be thrown in the washing machine. This is a huge advantage as I have found that other neck pillows have a fixed outer layer and are not washable in the same way. I am happy to have this travel pillow. Sure it takes up a bit of space but at least for road trips that is not a problem as I plan to just leave it in the car during those times.
