Too big
We bought this for our miniature dachsund who has a 10 inch neck (we measured) and it was far too large for her. We had to poke a new hole in it so that she could wear it. I think the size is more for 12-14 inches, not 9-14. Otherwise, it looks great and is extremely durable. We have a dalmatian mix who likes to try to bite her collar off (we've been through several collars because of this) and he can't seem to make a dent in this one. If it was her size, I would love it.
