Very soft memory foam, perfect for my needs
I looked everywhere for a heel insert that has a sticky bottom. I don't use it for my heels but rather for my knee crutch. The crutch doesn't have enough cushion and my knee was sore from putting all my weight on it. This was sticky and keeps it from slipping and the cushion is so soft.

Wrong on two points
I had to send these back because they appear to be for men--so large--and I ordered the product for women. Also, they feel very hard when I thought the idea was to provide soft comfort within the heel of the shoe.
