Works Great with Google Home
This bulb was an excellent deal, and I've been using it for almost a year now with no significant issues. I had trouble getting it to connect to the wireless network at my college, because if the wifi has a sign-in page, you won't be able to use it, so I had to give up on that, but at home it works great! It has no trouble getting a signal even three floors away from the router, where my phone barely gets a signal. My Google Home and the assistant on my phone have no problems connecting to it and controlling it, changing colors and brightness with ease. And the app you can download to control it yourself works great too, and even provides a bit of extra functionality!

this is not the bulb you're looking for
After 3 months everyone of may bulbs started flickering and making noise. No amount of resets could fix it and they all basically failed at the 3 month mark. There is no tech support I can find aside from using amazon what's going on to which amazon replies "too bad so sad". It appears as if. this company, which I think is a teenage science fair project that got a B- is not making these any more or has changed their name. Don't buy anything related to this type of cheap bulb - its kind of sad amazon tacitly endorses this

Dim, Noisy & Lagged Response
Tried this as a Phillips Hue light but this isn't even worth it. There's this buzzing that is incredibly annoying so this light cannot be used anywhere company would be or where work is expected to be done. The light is difficult to set up and I had to use a table lamp for the set up just so I could do it right next to my router or else it wouldn't work. The light is too dim to use as an actual light source unless it's all the way up and even then it flickers and buzzes and isn't that bright. Changing colors or on/off is delayed as well whether I use Alexa, my phone or even the light switch.

Good while they work, but die after 3 months.
It works well: I didn’t have much of an issue connecting the bulb and for the most part I could always tell Alexa what to do with it but they die after about 3-4 months, consistently. Sometimes the color features die first, where certain colors stop functioning, or the light starts to dim or flicker and it’s useless after that.

Stopped Working Quickly
This bulb seemed idea and it worked with Alexa however it only worked for about 3 weeks and stopped. I guess its true you get what you paid for. I tried being cheat and this showed me.

5 bulbs: zero issues! Almost a year now.
5 still going strong after a year! When first purchased, I had a defective one, and the seller Immediately sent out a replacement no hassle. No buzzing. No flickering. And the colors can be Super Intense if you simply play with the settings. It really was easy to figure out. I use the lightbulbs without Alexa or Google.

Great bulb for the money!
Love this bulb. I would get another one but my other bulb socket isn’t working. One bulb by itself is pretty bright but two is better. Bought it in 2018 and it’s still working.

Works fine with Google Home
This bulb worked fine for exactly one year and six months before it died. Connected pretty easily to WiFi via it's app. Colors are not intense but the bulb did a good job while it lasted.
