Best Paper Weight Money Can Buy
This thing consistently tanks frame rate on just the Windows screen. I at first assumed it was because I just got and I was new to the PC gaming world. Sure its got a decent graphics card but it doesnt matter when your whole pc is 1 frame a minute. Honestly the only thing thats saved me is the mouse with the macro that came with it so i can spam click the restart button. The only games i play is Devour, Phasmophobia, Lethal Company and Content warning and this thing struggles to keep going on low settings. Now to the real part out of no where while I only had Discord open from a fresh restart it tanked so bad that the PC shut off and now it wont start. When starting the PC the logo screeches and blows your ear drums out so I'll know if it comes back to the land of the living. It wont.DO NOT BUY THIS!

Pay for what you get.
The media could not be loaded. So the PC is decent for the price. But it’s not gonna blow your mind or anything. When I first got it, it wouldn’t show anything on my monitor and I thought it wasn’t posting. But I opened the sucker up and did a CMOS Battery reset by removing it and just replacing it and that worked. But that wasn’t the first thing I tried. I assumed a cable may have gotten dislodged during shipping or something and went inside to make sure they were all secure and sure enough they were. I thought maybe they gave me a faulty power supply but that wasn’t it either. Doing the CMOS battery reset was the fix and it took some troubleshooting as an experienced PC user in order to get the thing working. I tried calling customer support before everything and couldn’t get a hold of them so make sure you’re aware of that when you get the pc. If you’re decently aware of how to fix your own pc problems it’s a good price to performance (mines the 3070) just know what you’re doing ahead of time. The I9 is an 11th gen so it’s a bit old but other than that I can’t complain. I’d buy again if the company improved its customer support.

Defective Product and ZERO tech support offered!
I ordered this computer as a birthday gift for my son. When we received it, we went to hook up the computer and there was power, but ZERO display/graphics. We tried several different monitors wondering if it were the monitors. NOPE. Not the monitors, they work perfectly fine with our other computers. Come to find out, it's the desktop that simply won't display anything. The computer doesn't work. We reached out to the seller about the defective product. They have no actual support to offer other than the troubleshooting video. When we asked them about any other help that they could offer, we were told there was none and we could return the product. When asked about their return policy, they have yet to respond. They don't offer any actual tech support and have poor customer service. For a company that is working to build a brand, they should be ashamed of themselves! I would love to leave a true review of the product and its abilities. But the damned thing doesn't work for me to assess if the specs are feasible for a gaming computer. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SELLER AND THEIR LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!! I will never recommend their product, nor buy from them again!

Unfortunately, the title says everything. As soon As my son and I opened up his new gaming pc and plugged it in, as the directions were closely followed, the PC did not power up at all. We double checked everything, just to make sure we didn't make any mistakes plugging it in, no mistakes were made. The PC just never came on. It's been such an inconvenience having to haul this big pc Down to the post office, just to send it back before I can even get the refund. I would not recommend buying this gaming PC.

The Company Does Not Exist
Mostly Mac household. Bought this because I had a few niche software uses for a PC. Did not use it for gaming, mainly CAD stuff. Worked fine for two months and then stopped outputting video. I would not slam review over something like that normally because crap happens. However, there is a one year warranty listed on this product. Yet, there is no company to contact with the warranty claim. No web site exists for STGAubron. If you dig you will come up with Skytech. Skytech has three web sites. A global one with no cert for the https web site, so your browser will recommend you not visit, then there is a Skytech USA LLC that appears to be a drone maker and Skytech Gaming, which expressly denies any connection to STGAubron - which they misspell as "STGAuborn" on their web site. So, warranty or not, you are paying for the fix. That is grade A, government stamped, O fish eye al, 100% pure bull excrement. Caveat emptor.

Great PC, but customer service is lacking
Received the PC with damage to the box, and the tempered glass wall was shattered. Called Amazon and was told my only option was to return it, of which the process would take more than 30 days... So I called the company. I wanted the PC I just needed a new tempered glass sheet. They told me to go through Amazon returns.... Then I asked if I could BUY the part I needed from them....to which I was told again to return to Amazon. Finally I gave up, measured the dimensions, and ordered a new tempered glass sheet from another company and will put it together myself... It's so frustrating that my options were wait 30+ days for the Amazon process to return/refund your money, THEN buy a new one starting the process all over, or have to Frankenstein it together myself when I've already sunk 1300 into something that arrived destroyed... USPS, Amazon, and STGaubron worked together to make this a very IRRITATING purchase rather than an exciting acquisition of a new gaming PC...
