I started knitting my sweater using a 10 mm needle, ( according to my needle gauge Imperial 000 ) , but I am now using a pair of 15 mm needles, this is a much bigger and looser stitch which I am happy with, and will allow me to get the garment knitted in super quick time to wear for Christmas ( this year).This wool is a lovely colour, and with so many lovely colours to choose from the list of projects is endless.I ordered only one ball of this wool to check if I would like the colour, it is exactly the colour I had in mind, the wool was packed flat in an air sealed bag which allowed the post person to put it through the letterbox. Now about to order enough to complete the sweater.Many thanks to kINGCOLE for a beautiful wool.

I love this wool, have used this to make a hat, for which the pattern only required half a ball of wool, yet it still fits an adult's head because of how stretchy it is. Have ordered some more as knitting an infinity scarf.

This yarn is much brighter than the picture suggests. You also have to make sure it doesn't split when knitting. Very warm to wear though. Item has not been washed yet so cannot comment on that. I didn't need as many balls as the pattern suggested, even though it is the correct wool for the job.

Really good quality and value for money

From the picture it looked a darker pink than it turned out to be, so it wasn’t a flattering colour for me, I like vivid colours. Very nice soft light warm wool and I have bought it in bright red and moss which are great.
