I bought this as a Christmas present for my father and he was very happy about it. The delivery was just in time for a late Christmas shopping. I wasn't sure at the beginning but I gave it a shot anyway. I rarely write an Amazon review however this product is just worth it.The price is very affordable, compare to if I had to buy a secondhand high end product (which might had damage or other issues). This table is very easy to use especially for elderly people who doesn't need complicated stuffs in their gadget. The screen is big enough and much better than watching video or reading on a small mobile phone screen.The tablet case is a great bonus too so I didn't have to buy additional item to complete the look, not to mention it protects the tab itself and make it more sturdy.My dad has been using this for almost a month now and no drawback so far. We will definitely recommend this product to our family and friends.

Got for Xmas and charger port has broke already

Have had this for around 6 months or so now.Performance wise its a good solid tablet, screen is good, sound OK and ...well it does all the tablet things i need it too. Key board is usable and works surprisingly well, though Android seems to get confused at times with the onscreen keyboard make an appearance occasionally, and if you disconnect it you have to manually re-enable the onscreen one. this is just clumsiness on Google's part.Bad stuff is:-The touch screen can be insensitive at times.WiFi connections can be weak compared to other devices I have.I have had no security updates for Android as yet and suspect there will never be any, Last one applied is from May 2023, likely in the original image, over year ago as of this review, Android has monthly security updates. This is pretty poor even for Android support, seems like AGM can't be bothered about it's customers security.There is a firmware update that can be applied (download form AGM web site but it is from August 2023), however the instructions are a not perfect (some mangled English) and the most important step seems to be confused, i did manage to get it to apply and it completely wipes the device so make sure you have backups and don't rely on it for Google account security or Google will be getting you to check the wiped device to approve the logon to the same device which you can't do.If you can accept or just live with its failings and zero OS support from AGM, you will enjoy using it, if you want a device that is better supported by the manufacturer for its lifetime, including OS upgrades and some ocasional security patches, I would look elsewhere as AGM doesn't care

Initially this tablet worked really well but it then stopped working and we had to return it.

Nicely made, functional albeit spartan version of Android.Multiple covers for USB C charging are provided.Can be operated with wet hands.

おそらくこの製品を選ぶ人は防水性を一番に考える人だと思う。それ以外のスペックは同価格帯の中華タブレットとしては中の上程度だが、防水性は非常に高く、それだけで選択肢の最上位に上がってくるだろう。流石にシャワーを当てると結構想定外の動きをするが(それは他の防水製品でも大体そうなので)、水中に沈めても大丈夫というのは非常に安心感がある。お風呂でのんびり動画を見たい、という使い方ならこれはおすすめできる。スピーカーの音質は別に良いわけではないので、防水のイヤホンとセットで使うと良いと思う。

Edit #3 After a week AGM responded back and told me that they would check into the Amazon US AGM side of customer service. Amazon was kind enough to refund me most of the purchase price with me losing out on about 25 bucks. So at least Amazon tried to make it right. AGM mobile needs to do better. I wish I could give less than a star but alas 1 will have to do. Went with a samsung tablet for a little more.Edit #2 5/1/24Unit has now stopped charing rendering it useless, customer service was helpful and determined I needed to send it in for their techs to address the overheating problem. Its been over a week and no shipping label has arrived as they stated it would. Has not responded to last 2 emails asking about label. Contacted their favebook messenger page with no response today. Depending on how the issue gwts resolved will determine if I chamge my review. Edit 4/8/24 keeps getting overheating message while being used even when its not being charged and used in a climate controlled environment. Bought as a replacement for my kids lenovo yoga tab when he dropped it. Thing is very well built and it feels it. I like the screen cover case that doubled into a stand. It's waterproof although I haven't tried dipping it in water. The ports are all plugged with little rubber caps to keep water out which are hard to remove when it's time to charge. But we just keep it out instead of pushed in, makes it a lot easier to plug the charger in. This tablet had very good youtube reviews and it lives up to those reviews.
