Q: why does one comment say it has a flat bottom and another one says it doesn’t? which am I to believe?

You to are to believe both. Because it is all in the eye of the person making the observation. In my opinion it has a concave bottom. Almost flat bit if you set it on a hot plate only the edges of the circumference of the cup would touch.

Q: Any proof of FDA approved and why there is no logo on bottomsl og mug so people know where it is from and if it is dishwaher and mircowave safe?

I have never heard of FDA approval for dishes. It is definitely dishwasher safe. I personally don't put cups in the microwave anymore. Reason being some mugs contain cup strengthening that gets burn your skin off hot.

Q: Can you fit all four fingers in the handle?

I don't. Bust I would think most people could. I don't use four fingers by choice.
