Good quality... no complaints

Smaller than it looks (pay attention to the measurements) but this is a good thing in a modern house or for people who want to limit the amount of weight lifting they do when bringing in coal.

Was disappointed that the bucket seemed very small, wrote to the company and got a good response, but after this I tried it out and measured against our old bucket and found it was a bit bigger, so kept it. The response and dealings with this company were very good. and had no problem with delivery or if I wanted to , to return the item, was also given by the company some alternative buckets that seemed far too big and not the right shape, so decied to keep it anyway.

Very good, sturdy and does the job. Looks very nice on the fireplace as well. Would recommend having one if you have an open fire and want to store wood or coal.

Looks good and contains just the right amount of solid fuel for my open fire. But, the small side handle is in the wrong place! Its function should be to allow you to tip the bucket by using the two handles. It is at the top of the bucket instead of the bottom so the only way of tipping the bucket is to hold the main handle with one hand and the other under the bottom rim. I haven't used the small handle for anything.
