In the Night Garden: Bedtime Little Library Hardcover – 3 Mar. 2011

Brought this book for my daughter as she if obsessed with in the night garden. the book turned up within 2 days of ordering which is brilliant. the hardness of the pages are perfect for her little fingers so she can turn the pages. the bright colours encourage her to actually take notice of whats on the page rather than look for a second and turn away. the isnt too much writing on the page which i can get her to take notice of the words which is a brilliant plus point.If you are looking to get your child some books to try and encourage them to read and learn then i would highly recommend this product, and the other books in the series as i have brought them all, and at the price that they are on amazon they are a complete steal!10/10 and 5 stars!!

We bought this wee library for our 9 month old Granddaughter. We are sure she will love them as she loves to get stories read to her and likes to hold the books herself - these are an ideal size for this. She watches the TV programme and we tell her the characters' names. She is getting an Igglepiggle and an Upsy Daisy from Santa so the books will compliment her soft toys. Would recommend them for small children as they are good for them to hold.

Cannot recommend these little books highly enough. My LO loves ITNG & these books go everywhere. He has one for nappy changes, its just the right size for him to flick thru & takes his mind off what im doing! Easy to pop in your handbag to take out. He gets so excited to look at them. Absolutely fab. He has chewed one but for £1.99 i got a back up set incase these get destroyed! Lovely idea for stocking filler

The four stars are from me, but my 18 month old granddaughter would give it 5 because they are tiny and the backs make a picture. As you know, the In the Night Garden stories are not great literature ( indeed are hardly stories at all) but if your little one enjoys it he/ she will enjoy these tiny books, if only for the way they can be handled and carried about. Colourful and strong

Sorry but this doesn't do it for me. There is no story whatsoever. The physical quality of the book is good I suppose, and it is quite colourful. The text does not always stand out clearly either, which doesn't help when I try to point out words to my daughter (I point at the words as I read them - the idea being to help her associate the words I say with the words on the page).

This little book set is just adorable. My son loves it. The books are well made and very sturdy specially for dribbling babies who like to put things in their mouths. The pages are bright with cute little stories and for older tots, turn the books over and they make a jigsaw. Small enough to pop in changing bags and take out to keep baby entertained. Brill buy would defo recommend
