The exercise ball is heavy duty and of great quality. If you plan to use the ball as a chair get the largest ball and ignore the chart. I followed the advice of the chart and the ball is too short to work as a chair.

I could not find the hole to fill air. Was very difficult. I ended up rupturing the ball trying to get the air valve inserted.
