I was worried watercolor journal pages would buckle and not look well in a journal. But after trying this one I am really impressed. The paper dries very flat and the journal still looks neat. I am only a couple pages in but it’s been nice.

I try to practice water color every few days. The smaller pages are not as intimidating for beginners.

I love the size of this sketchbook.....the pages lay flat, there is an elastic band to hold the paper down on the side you aren't painting on. . Paper weight and roughness as described. Will purchase again

The sketchbook isn't set up correctly. It doesn't have the front of the paper (that's the one with more texture) up at all times. Basically it's like if you fold a few watercolor paper pages together and then make a booklet out of it, you would get the backside to be up sometimes, and the front side to be up others. The sketchbook works and it's cheap but yeah, that's a little silly. The paper quality is actually surprisingly good (hence the 3 stars), I just have to turn the book upside down and skip some pages to get the correct paper side.

Product came in great shape. The colors are solid, it comes with a built in palette, and a hook on the outside of the tin box.

Cheap craftsmanship on the cover but great quality paper.

I love this paper. I've been using Etchr's mixed media sketchbook, but decided to try other paper. I purchased Etchr's Perfect Sketchbook, a Baohong sample paper pad and this Tumuarta 100% cotton sketchbook. I didn't like the Baohong, but loved the Etchr Perfect Sketchbook and this Tumuarta sketchbook. The paper held up to wet into wet, scrubbing and everything else I threw at it. It didn't buckle or pile. Yeah, I liked it so much I purchased a third one today.

Perfect size for a quick watercolor. Nice, heavy, high quality paper.
