The media could not be loaded. I didn’t know how much joy a bird feeder could bring until we got the birdsnap® TUC Smart Bird Feeder with a camera. It’s seriously one of the best little additions to our home! I originally bought it as a fun way to watch birds with my kids, but now I find myself checking the live feed more than I check my texts.The camera quality is super clear—day or night—and the app makes it easy to watch or take pictures and videos of all the birds that stop by. We’ve spotted cardinals, blue jays, even a woodpecker! It’s been such a fun, peaceful way to connect with nature right from our back porch.Setup was simple, and it holds up well even in rain and wind. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the battery life has been solid. I also love that it sends notifications when there’s activity—my daughter runs to my phone every time it goes off!If you’re a bird lover, have curious kids, or just want to bring a little more calm and beauty into your day, this smart bird feeder is totally worth it.

My husband loves this bird feeder. To get the feature of it naming the birds that are at the feeder you will need a subscription, $50 a year. Totally worth it for the joy it brings year round to my husband who has an old soul. It also kind of acts like another security camera, which I like. It didn’t take long to put together, has a ton of different attachments, and looks cute out near our shed. The camera is actually pretty good. I think it also works at night, but we live in town so maybe there is more light here, unsure on that.

Works well, night view distance is short but very clear when critters are close. My phone doesn't allow for sending of large or 2k videos via text but short/SD resolutions off the cloud work ok. For monitoring live it works well in the daytime but it it is made for close up observation, birds will feed from it. The wifi is 2.4, for my setup the antenna is better when horizontal.It's worth the money for backyard use but not for wildlife watching in the great outdoors. I have deer, racoons, skunks, and squirrels I set food out close to it in my back yard. Mount the cam low, racoons will climb and knock it off it's mount, low enough and they will simply rest their front paws on it without knocking it off.

This is my 6 month review of the BirdSnap.Things I like:1. The video quality2. Ease of use3. Watching the birds4. Using it as a rear patio cameraThings I don't like:1. Cleaning it. This is a BIG one. It isn't easy to clean and the instructions are terrible. A cloth does not work to clean off all of the bird poop. It takes about 30 minutes.2. Filling it with food. I had to buy a special scoop3. The bird identification. Mine stopped working when I didn't donate. Something popped up and I said no to donate. I just purchased the annual subscription, I thought identification was included. I have not taken the time to figure out if I can get it back4. The annual fee. The only thing it seems to do is to give you extra video storageI don't watch the videos very often. Most of the birds are the same. I am looking forward to Spring when there will be baby birds.

This product arrived on time. All the parts were intact & as described. It was easy to put the bird feeder together. And it was easy to place the bird feeder on our wooden fence. Watching a couple YouTube videos helped illustrate how best to attach the bird feeder to a fence.The camera works well & gives crisp audio & video. We have come to enjoy the video & audio recording of the birds when they feed.It took a couple weeks for birds to discover the feeder, but once they did discover our bird feeder, it has become a popular feeding spot.This was definitely a good buy!

Great and fun product.

The media could not be loaded. Love this bird feeder!!! Set up was fast and easy and I could not believe within 20 minutes I had birds eating. I have it set on the edge of my patio for now till I decide where to install it permanently. The best part is you can watch from anywhere the live video (with subscription) or just tap the library icon and see what was going on for the day. I took the free 30 day subscription for now. Highly recommend this feeder for all the bird lovers out there. The bluebirds love the dry mealy worms and I’m anxious for spring time so I can add the humming bird feeder that comes with it.
