It's okay not very confortable nice looking pros and cons for sure
Chair arrived quickly, everything was there, easy to put together, my husband needed very little help and said he could probably do it alone. Used it for about 4 days now,Pros-*Nice looking*Straight back (I enjoy that some may not)*Nice material (hard to find one with material)* color is beautiful I got beige*Price was reasonable*seems pretty sturdy so far (will try to update in a few months)*easy to put together*when I recline it I have to push on it to do it, it doesn't just fall back making me feel like I am going to fall backwards lol, this may be a minus to some* height is great for me I am 5' 8", I have it set to the highest setting* height of the back is nice but I am not really tall, my cat enjoys laying on the top of itCons:*Seat is not as comfortable as it looks I can feel the board a little, I will need a cushion to help. looks thick in the pictures but when you sit that thickness goes away)* it feels like you could slide out of it, feels like you slope down some, the cushioning feels like batting not a solid piece of foam, feels like it moves a little when you shift (I am not sure what it is but that is the best way I can explain it)* Seat issue again- Not as wide or as deep as I thought. I measured my old chair seat and compared it to the measurements listed here, it seemed to be about 1/2 inch shorter in depth. But sitting in it it doesn't feel very roomy like my old chair, the width should be the same but with the arms of the chair it feels tighter. If I was a larger woman I don't think I could use this, I am about 265 (I know I need to lose weight, working on it)* Arms of the chair have nice cushion but they need to be longer, if I rest my arms on it the middle of my forearm to my fingertips hangs off of it, I have to put my elbows back to the edge of the back of the chair for my hands to be able to rest on them, otherwise the cushion on it is very nice.Out of all honesty I miss my 7 year old chair for size of the sitting area and the arm length, sitting in this is like sitting in my old one which sorta defeated the purpose of getting a new chair. If I could have tested it out I probably would kept searching but after paying almost 250 for it I will get a new cushion and deal with it.

Plush and comfy
I really wanted a work from home chair that was comfy. This is like a recliner/office chair. I love how soft and plush the chair is and it was pretty easy to put together. The base is metal and chair is good quality. Another thing I was afraid of is sitting and feeling the base. I DO NOT feel it when I sit and the bottom is very comfy. Some CONS: I wish I could tilt it back and lock it in place. I should have read the description better. Another thing I didn’t pay attention to that I would have wanted is adjusting arms these do not move. All in all it’s very comfy for long hours so far and I would recommend.

Doesn't hold up
My husband purchased this chair for me Dec 2022 for Christmas. It looked so beautiful and plush. It is supposed to be able to hold up 400 pounds but the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't very wide. I weigh around 300 lbs. and the arms were not tight but close. The height of the chair was low for me and I'm 5'5" so I would have to raise it up as high as it would go. You do sort of lean a bit forward in the seat as well. For the first year it was okay but the second year, I started having trouble with the seat dropping down slowly at first but then faster and more frequent. By a few months ago, it was barely staying there at all. Next the arms started coming loose until one almost fell off. Mind you, it is not a tight fit for me so I wasn't pushing them off. I wouldn't recommend this chair at all. It will not last very long.

Plush, Cozy, and Sturdy.
Value is a 10/10 to me.Padding with such a soft fabric feel is as good as you'll ever get on a chair in this price range. You can adjust the resistance of backwards tilt so much so that you barely have to use any pressure to lean backwards (this is a good thing).Armrests have plenty of cushion and it feels like it will hold up quite a while.Assembly is very easy and straightforward and the parts are very high quality from what I can tell. (the base is solid metal)My only gripe is the screw hole covers don't stay clipped in for some holes and the wheels can be hard to move on carpet, however that can be resolved by spending another $15 or so on better wheels. (the clips also aren't a huge deal, it looks just fine without them and doesn't hinder anything structural)(review was made after 3 days of frequent use)

This can be a 5 with some modifications!
I had been buying this chair (Or a near identical design) for probably 10+ years, and after a while, the padding does start to compress. For something I use for MANY hours a day, I feel like a 3-4 year life is acceptable, and had no problem having re-buy occasionally.Unfortunately, like others said, as designed, the chair tilts forward in the neutral seating position. It is extremely uncomfortable. This review is from a purchase more than two years ago - I missed the return period, so it's just been sitting as a backup chair in the computer room for when the kids have friends over. I kept trying to find another chair that matched the comfort of the original design, and could never find just what I was looking for. After yet another failed attempt, I came back here and saw some reviews that mentioned adding a spacer, and it was a 100% game changer. I went with a 1" aluminum spacer, and 2" 5/16-18 screws in the front two base-to-chair bottom mount locations, and now the chair is just as comfortable as I remember my prior chair being when it was new. We'll see if the "fix" holds up over time, but for now, I'm sitting in comfort! While I shouldn't HAVE to modify the chair to make it work, I have yet to find another chair that compares.I hope this might help someone who otherwise really likes this chair!(Also, I replaced the wheels, but I've never found an off the shelf chair with good wheels, so that's just a standard replacement for me.)
