I like how easy this is to use to help alleviate the pain. It has a strong adhesive, which helps keep the patch in place and can be discreet while wearing it since it's not bulky.

This product stayed warm for over 8 hours. It got a little solid towards the 8hr mark. It adhered to clothing well and didn’t leave a residue. I also learned that the packets could be recycled by using them for plants. Fun fact

It works really well and can be reused to a certain extent! However it does get abit too hot so Id be careful on thin layers of clothing.

I loved how small and discreet these warming patches are. They are so easy to throw into your purse to have around whenever the need hits. They also stayed warmer longer than I expected, providing a full day of relief.

I used these for two periods so far. The first period it seemed to get a little warm and helped my cramps a bit. The second period it didn't help as much and I noticed that my skin itched where the patch was. A few hours after I took it off I had a rash that itched and burned.
