SAMSON Go Mic Mobile - Professional Wireless Microphone System for Smartphones (Receiver Only) - Black

Bought in error as this needs a Lavalier radio receiver and amplifier to be of use, so it was returned.

This mic is great all bar one thing... the audio keeps dropping out. When using it in close range, with the transmitter and receiver in eye line with eight other, for example, no phone or body in the way, the signal is perfect and works really well. But your phone into selfie mode so the recover is behind you phone when you shoot, then the phone interferes with it is some way, worse still, put the transmitter pack on your back and signals keep dropping. I will be keeping it as it works amazingly when sat on the top of my DSLR, just a pain in the backside when using my mobile in selfie mode.

The quality of the sound recording wasn’t amazing but we decided to keep it, however it quickly gained a fault. Samson customer service has been terrible. They stop replying to messages & do not keep to the warranty. I am currently having to constantly recontact them afresh to try and get answers. Amazon have been unable to help.Sound quality is negotiable but the customer service & quality of the product make it only a 1star.

I'm really happy with the product - super easy to use, good quality and it's possible to add more to the system. 10/10!
