Love This, Great Product
This makes it really easy for me to get a quick workout any time in the day. Learning routines for this and I find 10lb was a good starting weight, very flexible and you can do a lot. I'll add some others down the road. Great product at a fair price.

I bought the 12 lb medicine ball and it is exactly what I was looking for. I use this medicine ball as part of my workout, I use it with my sit ups, v-ups, and chest fly exercises. the small size is perfect for fitting in one hand for my chest flys.
