Great bike
Excellent bike so far, easy to assemble although it came with a damaged box it only had damage ton the shipping components. I’ve never had an ebike so can’t compare but so far this thing is awesome!

Cheap but fine
I wish that the seat was more comfortable and that the pedals stuck out from the bike further. It definitely feels cheap but it gets the job done. The highest gear isn’t too high so the top speed with a comfortable pace isn’t very fast but fast enough I guess. Tires came flat which makes sense but I didn’t think about that so make sure you get a pump if you don’t have one. I also wish the handlebars would rise higher. I’m 6ft tall so my butt sits higher than the handles so it puts a bunch of pressure on my hands. The front splatter guard wasn’t shaped well to fit. First it was too low so it sat on the wheel but then when bending it it sticks up high enough to hit the bike which was annoying for turning but I found a happy medium but it should just be shaped better. I’d say that for the price it’s a pretty good bike.

Never Could Get fron Light to Work, Lack of Assemble Instructions
Seem to be an OK bike but I never did get front light to come on and the assemble instructions were really lacking.

My wife loves it
I had bought the 250w version but was sent this one instead due to shipper's mishap. Based on reviews from the other bike model, I was praying it arrive in one piece and without dents. The bike arrived and I happened to be outside waiting, which was a good thing because it's a bulky box and heavy. So, I helped the delivery guy with the bike. I immediately checked the box for damages (nothing major) and proceeded to unbox. The bike came well padded as you can see by the pictures. It came with a minor scratch but, things will happen and it is not shipped in a bubble. The bike comes with instructions (but who needs 'em) and a tool pouch to assemble the bike. It was fairly easy to assemble. You might need assistance when it comes to mounting the front tire (I needed an assist). Otherwise, it was simple to assemble mounting front tire, front lite, pedals, handle bar, and seat. The chain arrived off the rail. I had to remove the chain guard for ease of properly placing bike chain on rail. It comes with hardware for the front basket however; the basket is shipped separately. I'm assuming it's to prevent from the basket getting crushed by the bicycle. After assembly, my wife and I took it for a spin. She loved the ease of getting on and off it. While on our cruise, we were chased by a loose dog. Luckily, we had the extra power boost to easily ignore the dog until it got tired of chasing an ebike with a boost of comfort. My wife also likes the seat. It seems to be well cushioned and spring loaded, woohoo. The ebike made the ride enjoyable. We went pretty far on our ride and got plenty of workout. Most importantly, it was enjoyable. The bike comes with an integrated horn. I like that the electrical cords are neatly wrapped in protective wire wrapped and wires ran through openings in the frame to minimize eyesore with zip ties (like my converted bike). I would give it 5 star but, we don't like that to operate the bike in ebike mode, the ignition key must stay in the ignition (sticking out). The battery is removable which is a plus (most ebikes are). You can charge the battery on the bike or off. The battery is placed by the seat which is great for balance since the motor is in the back rim. Disc brakes for awesome stopping. Over all, my wife loves it.

Confusing which bike is the Nakto City Runner, but a small/medium size ebike nonetheless!
I bought this bike from Amazon, but with this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B78GSQ8D?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1I have two video reviews of the City Runner that you'll find in the link above. Overall, a nice starter ebike. I was able to get 34 miles on a charge with mixed power and throttle, which is actually pretty good for an ebike this price. It's on the smaller size, so good for people 5'0" to 5'8" tops. V-brakes work well once you adjust them. Biggest gripe is if you pedal on rough terrain and shift into 6th gear, the chain had a tendency to pop off. I avoided that by not pedaling when I shift from 5th to 6th gear. It also has teeny tiny front and rear fenders, but I think they'll work in light rain. Seats comfy, adjustable front stem to adjust the handlebar distance and height from the rider. There are also two videos I made with unboxing, building, first ride, and range rides.

Uncomfortable ride
Bumps in the road are brutal. Charge time unimpressive, but maybe as advertised.
