Our teenage daughter loves this bed. It was super easy to put together. I couldn't believe how easy it was. All pre drilled holes and self screws. No packages of 50 million nuts and bolts. Thank you! As far as the lights going out that everyone keeps talking about. The directions are very clear on multiple pages to pay close attention to the wire which goes from the bottom light all the way up to the headboard. You have to be careful to put it down the center without getting sloppy and putting the wire in a danger zone of the rails or mattress smashing it. Duh! If you don't then the wire will get smashed of course and lights will not work without that wire. We had no issues, just took a little more time an we added some more tape to be sure it didn't fall out of place. Sturdiness is good. Does make a little noise if someone too big gets on the bed but not bad. Worth every penny!

Working in customer service I know how important it is for the Customer to be satisfied. I can honestly say I am completely satisfied! After seeing reviews I was hesitant on purchasing this product. However, this is the bed my daughter wanted. So I went ahead and purchased. I read mixed reviews about the lights not working. So I immediately checked them out and they worked. So I went ahead and assembled the bed. All was well until I got to the storage baskets. They didn’t align with the frame/railing and I immediately was like oh no. No one mentioned they had issues with the baskets so maybe I did something wrong. After going back and forth with the instructions I was convinced the baskets were the wrong size and were designed to fit a Queen size bed. So contact customer service and they expedited the correct size and now it all came together nicely. I’m happy and most importantly my daughter is happy. Thanks for the no hassle solution to my problem. It’s greatly appreciated.

Bed was easy to assemble. After assembly we found that the lights did not work on headboard or footboard. The reason I bought the bed was for my 5 year old that saw it and loved it. Now he is disappointed that the lights are not working. Taking the bed apart and sending back may be my only option. Worked with the sellers customer service and they had me take pics of the electrical connections to see if we could fix. We found thee issue (arrows not lined up when connecting the circuit). And the lights are working. We now have a happchild that is dancing around his bed!! thanks for the help

It took me a minute to build but I was being slow. So far nothing has broke and it’s been a month or two. The LED lights are very nice, especially since there’s a Bluetooth app.
