Paper is good quality for decent price
The paper is nice quality and really looks antique. Would have liked it to be a little lighter, but looks cool to draw and write on.

Antique looking
I used the paper for pirate maps and scrapbooks and it was perfect. I burned the edges for the maps and it was easy to control the fire since the paper isn't too thin.

It was just what I was looking for
I used this to print out some thing for a gift that I wanted to have a parchment look to. It came out perfect. The paper ran through my inkjet printer smoothly with no smudging after.

Perfect for drawing
I like the soft color of this paper. It helps my drawings bounce off the paper. This paper is great quality with it being sturdy and thick. This is a great gift for an artist. This paper gives me a feeling of old history. This is a great value for the money.

Great for calligraphy!
I invested in some nice fountain pens and a calligraphy book, as I’m trying to learn! I needed some sturdy, nice looking paper to practice and use for certificates and such! This paper has a vintage look and the ink doesn’t smear! 👍🏻👍🏻

Neat for calligraphy
I love to do calligraphy, and finishing my own papers is a time-consuming, laborious process, though very enjoyable.I like papers like these for practice as well as different kinds of art pieces. They are great for planning out a more elaborate piece or just doing fun little projects. The paper is nice, the writing is smooth, and ink dries fairly quickly. I ran a page or two through my HP Inkjet and it looked great and held the design well.Fun paper for crafts, letters, or whatever you have in mind. Adds a bit of yo-ho-ho to your life. Bury your treasure and make your maps today!

Unique-pattern Paper for Special Projects
My wife and I do a lot of printing of special stuff, special to us anyway. We both like to write and I love doing graphics. Whether it be some little thing from an old photograph, a cartoon or illustration or something special of our own that we wish to print, having just the right ‘look’ is important to the subject. When we spotted these “Vintage Antique Design” paper sheets, we thought they would be good to hand-write or sketch on, with the background enhancing the subject of our creative efforts.8-1/2 by 11 inches in size, this heavier weight stock has an antique-looking pattern printed on both front and back, and is three-hole punched for use with a standard ring binder. With the 140-sheet package, it might even lend itself to handwriting my wife’s recipe collection, many of which are her own family and personal recipes.Nice idea perhaps, but the “Vintage” is more in the way of just an antique pattern printed on modern paper stock. The back of the sheet is exactly the same print as the front and not ‘mirrored’ or reversed as would be the case if the actual paper sheet had weathered. So, it’s not really like what an actual ‘vintage paper’ might be. Although it does take pencil, pen, and ink well, it lacks the texture and feel we like for writing paper; and, in our opinion is more suited to printing with either a laser or inkjet. The picture in the first two frames of the Amazon ad, shows, what appears to be a re-enforcement band along the left edge. I don’t know what they are trying to depict, but the paper doesn’t have that reinforcement strip, instead looking like the other photographs provided in the frames that follow. Also, there is a reference to “11-DISC”. Even with sixty years of experience, I had no idea what that meant and had to search the terminology. Referred to as ‘disc-binding,’ it employs special punching where plastic discs are used to bind the pages together in a “disc binder”.Okay, but what has that got to do with the writing and printing quality? Perhaps only the thickness, or stiffness of the paper? They could just as easily add reference to staples, paper clips, padding glue, or even heat binding and to what purpose when the paper is already punched for a 3-hole binder, you’d have to either cut that off or punch the “11-disc” format punch over it.
