It's well made and unlike other ashtrays won't break if knocked over. Which is perfect for outdoor use.

I bought this as an ash tray for cigs not knowing it was for cigars. But I'm impressed. I didn't realize that it was made with a softish material so I was skeptical of it not burning but it doesn't burn at all. Good size, decent durable material, waterproof, washable, etc. I would recommend.

Easy to clean and doesn't scorch, burn, or melt. Heavy enough that it doesn't blow away so it can be left outdoors. It doesn't absorb moister.

Certainly unbreakable. Size is close to perfect (could be slightly larger) but meets all of my expectations.
