My wife and I are intrigued by the capability of electric bikes and scooters. We decided to gift our niece on his coming birthday so purchased this. We are impressed by the looks of this scooter & is great for kids' needs. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an e-scooter in this form factor & price range.My 2 cents are below:Pros:- This scooter ride is very smooth overall on the plain terrain- Has a maximum speed of around 10 MPH. For safety reasons and hence it delivers as per our needs- This scooter is not the fanciest of all we have but the design elements are worth appreciating- Adjustable height option makes it a more versatile option- The brake worked great overall for sudden and usual brakes while riding it- The platform has a non-skid rubber coating making it easy to get a grip while riding- Overall this e-scooter looks fancy and targets kid customers. LED's light & flashing wheels make it look great in dark - Tires have good grip overall and we did not feel it skidding as if now- Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle- It is easy to charge with the access point in a nice area- Comes very well packed and there was no damage at all- Detailed manual provided and should cover any question you may have during use- 1-year manufacturer warranty provided giving peace of mind Cons:- There are no graphic print options to make it more appealing for kids. I will there were some available - I wish these had some display or at least a headlight if not tail light - This scooter is only meant for city plain terrain & struggles on inclined roads

Bought this as a Christmas gift and last minute my daughter decided on a hoover board instead of this. Very simple and easy to return. I wish we could have kept it, because it is a really nice scooter.

Purchased a top brand scooter for a much higher price but it no where compared to this scooter. This scooter has adjustable handbar and is much taller than the name brand and also seems to put out better speed. Very happy with purchase.

Works very good and goes pretty fast. But the charger already broke

I got this electric scooter for my 5-year-old on May 31st. While putting it together I noticed that the quality was severely lacking. Many parts were loose and wouldn't tighten with the tools provided. With a lot of struggle we finally got the parts put together tightly. I thought this would be enough for my child to safely ride. Today June 6th less than a week later the wheel falls off with broken parts shown in the photo. It looks like one of the bolts broke or came loose but as you can see even the washer is broken so must be down to cheaply made materials. We will be returning this and it seems like it was just a dud piece. We know that manufacturing production isn't always 100%. But definitely be aware when your child is going fast down any hills or even just regular riding like mine was that this could happen. Make sure they are wearing all the necessary safety equipment and be cautious on hills or busy intersections for if this product FAILS.
