Green Clear are a Premium Brand UV Bulb, Not to be Confused with many cheaper versions on the market! 25W FITS PRESSURE FLO 12000 UV lamps used for sterilisation purposes should be replaced every 6 months ( approx 4000 hours) Lamps used for clarification of ponds can be replaced every 12 months ( approx 8000 hours) When changing UV lamp we recommend that Quartz Sleeve is cleaned at same time. These Replacement UV bulbs are not for aquarium use. Pond clarifiers only. (please be aware not to look at any UV bulbs with the naked eye)

Good quality product
Seems to be fit ok and the light is on. Whether if will collate the floccular material such that it can be removed by the filter remains to be seen.

Cheaper than the original
I change this lamp once a year as recommended, and this cheaper alternative seems to work as well as the original, although variations in pond conditions and sunlight amounts means it's impossible to compare exactly. The original Laguna replacement comes with a couple of new O-rings for the quartz tube, but this one doesn't - it would have been useful as these are critical components and it's hard to tell how long these will last.

Didn't fit the Laguna filter as expected.
Item received well packaged but unfortunately on installing it has not cleared the pond. So not sure if the bulb is working.The fitting does not seem to sit well inside the filter and has a lot of play either side. We will now be buying the genuine Laguna bulbs to ensure a correct fit and get our pond back to being clear.

good priced replacement
UVC tube was delivered promptly, was a good price and appears to be as good as the original supplied with the filter. Too soon yet to say if it works as well as the original tube

Used one of these last year and it's still going strong so I bought one for next year has done full 12 months. Now still good good price too

Ostensibly OK
Seems excellent and shows the uv active in viewing window but I have no way of scientifically evaluating it so will have to take its performance on trust - hence 4 stars
