WeraBit-Check 10 PZ Impaktor 1 TriTorsion Long Life Pozidriv bit set for all impact drills, with Impaktor holder, 10pc, 05057684001

I'm a carpenter and I have been buying wera impact bits for years,they have always lasted and been worth the extra money. These wera bits have all but snapped within a single day of use. I would advise people not to buy them. I'm my opinion these are not genuine wera impact bits. I will be asking for a refund.

The bits grip very well to start with but soon lose their coating then don't grip any better than much cheaper ones.But the main problem with this kit is the bit holder - because it's wide it makes the bits jump out of the screw when you go in at an angle on the wood. As a result the bits don't last very long before breaking - I've gone through 6 of the PZ2s in 4 weeks.Not worth the much higher price over standard impact bit holders / bits.

The big holder magnet that slides forward and back it should have a spring on it holding it forward no back!!!

Thought these would be the best of the best being designed for the force of an impact driver.But found the magnetic bit holder very weak which is very annoying when trying to place a screw one handed up a ladder.And the bits are not that great either.My previous purchase of (Wera bit check diamond bi torsion ) mixed set.Are much better so have just bought a box of (15) pz2 of these bits that should see me out for years

Great bit set in a handy case which helps with keeping things together. They tend to not come back when lent to work colleagues. Expensive but last for a very long time!

Brilliant quality product. Like the fact it holds the screws magnetically and you can hold the stem to position the screw. The diamond tipped bits seem pretty robust to being mangled if they cam out of the screw head also. Made it much easier to build a stud partition wall than just the impact driver on its own.

The ring magnet is fantastic for reaching to drive in a screw one handed, up a ladder or in an awkward corner. For daily use though I by far prefer a traditional magnetic bit.
