Setup Process is little bit critical and it is very easy to reset which is not good
Product is awesome , Locking and unlocking is very easy.Installation is also very easy.But setup process is little bit critical.Rest very good problem

Golens Service untrustable. Don't buy smarts locks from Golens
Dare....not to buy Golens products. You will stuck chasing them for faulty product. I purchased two Smart Locks of Golens. One for safety door and other for main door. Both got problems since purchased not working fine. Chasing Golens service centre since purchased almost 3 weeks. Their technician visits home form inspection sends product videos to Golens and nothing after that. Golens are purposely delaying for service . Also charging service charges to re-visit again as products are under 2 years warranty. They do charge 1200 bucks for one lock fitting. I am gonna file case in consumer court soon against Golens.

Not good product don't buy. No security
Product faltu hai please koi buy nahi kare. Koi security nahi hai. Door ke samne koi bhi aata hai to.lock open hota hai. Security ka koi bharosa nahi. Service bhi faltu hai. Kabhi.kabhi bar bar bajta rahta hai.mera paisa west hua hai. Koi apna paisa west na kare. Don't buy faltu products Golence.
