The bed is quite comfy. It was pretty straightforward to put together, but here are a few notes: The hose that comes with it did not fit any faucet in my house. I ended up buying a Blue Magic fill and drain kit sized for a garden hose, which worked just fine. I would make sure you can fill the mattress before you buy one. It took about a day and a half for the heater to warm it up enough to sleep on (full size mattress), after being filled with cold water. The initial temperature readings on the thermostat weren't too accurate (maybe it measures the temp of the water near the heater), but once it was warm the readout seems fine. Don't forget to add a bottle of conditioner!

Love the bed but frame was not made for a waterbed.

There is just a plug that you push down to his the water. There is no screw cap. It's too short to pull up to burp water. Also fill hose that is included does not fit in a faucet or hose bib. Horrible bed. I would return if I could pack it up to ship.
