This steamer is compact, light weight and easy to use. Since I ordered this at the end of December 2023 I have used it several times, both at home and on a weekend away. It comes with easy to follow instructions and can be used on garments flat on an ironing board or solid surface (I used on a table with a towel underneath and also hanging on a clothes hanger. I found both ways the steamer worked really well and I was very happy with the end results. After using I simply unplugged from the mains and left to cool for 20 minutes before emptying out any left over water and packing it away into the handy bag ready to store away. This is the first clothes steamer I’ve used but I found it really easy to set up and use. I like the fact it’s compact and lightweight, it makes it easy to use and doesn’t take up lots of space when storing. It also doesn’t add additional weight if you want to take it with you on holiday or a night a way. I thought it was great value for money, I’ve seen some clothes steamers that are really expensive but this one was very affordable.

This clothes steamer is great. Have been using it for a while now with no issues whatsoever. So quick and easy to setup and use. The cable on this steamer is much longer than our old one which is super handy and makes steaming clothes a lot easier. The different power setting are great, unlike my previous clothes steamer, this one works on all creases. Super impressed, definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  The steamer works well so far, the benefit is having extra attachments. They do help to reach desired results and be gentle on delicate fabrics. The water compartment is big enough to iron a few things. But it is difficult to empty it. On the positive side, the item is not heavy and stable when you put it to the side. Easy to use, although be careful not to burn yourself when holding sleeves etc.It would be good to include a special glove in the set.The customer service is attentive and dealt with the issues I had. The replacement was sent promptly. Though, there was still some limestone on the holes where steam comes out. I was explained that the items are tested on the factory, but I hope they will start testing with purified water. So, I did have to turn it on steam, turn off and clean the tiny holes prior to using on clothes. There was some leaking on 2 occasions when I used an attachment but no more since.

I did not get how this product got 5 stars from everyone. I paid around £40 for it even though others were around half the price. I just wanted it to be great and it wasn't. It didn't get creases out that well and when you did mange to on certain items. The steam just almost wet the clothes so was damp when wearing. The box didn't look new and there was evidence of past use so I returned in the end as maybe mine was just faulty. Yours might be better so can try but I wasn't keen unfortunately.. I bought a proper iron in the end and I'm happy now

We had a prom party event to go to and someone asked for an iron... so I sprung into action with this steamer instead! So much easier and less hassle than using an iron and getting the board out.We tried it out on 2 fabrics and both worked great. It was very easy to start using right out of the box within minutes and the instructions are clear even for a novice like me. I could probably learn to use it better but the 2 items pictured were the first two pieces I'd ever steamed.For someone who has ironed something maybe once in the last two years (because it's a hassle) and who lives in a flat with limited storage space, this is the perfect solution to make my life far less creased!

Tried this out as per instructions. Lots of steam but absolutely no effect on shirts. Returned for refund.

The Handheld Serentify Clothes Steamer is a really useful product with simple controls that you can figure out without having to read the instructions (an important design test). It has two settings for light and heavy fabrics and warms up quickly for speedy operation. It's a real boon if you hate ironing as you just point at it the garment while still on the hanger. Large water tank doesn't need constant refilling and comes with a nice drawstring bag to keep it dust-free in storage. One thing I especially liked was the extra-long power cord, as a socket isn't always going to be to hand for where you choose to do your steaming.
