Just a face wash nothing special.
It exfoliates a little but of course it does nothing for acne or spots or anything really.It smells strongly, I hated that but it wasn't my face wash anyway and the scent didn't bother my family member who used it.The best thing about it is that it has a pump so it's low contact usage.

I buy this product regularly now because I found it to be really effective.I had an issue with some acne forming on my shoulders due to working out a lot.I started using this product on my face and body during showers after workouts and have noticed a big decrease in formation of spots.So, I recommend it because it does what I bought it for. Smells good and it's decent value also.

Best I’ve ever used
Since using this cleanser, my skin is much clearer and I have had next to no breakouts or clogged pores. I also use this on my arms and shoulders. I had a mild case of keratosis pilaris and tried this out of curiosity and it has completely cleared up. I was under the impression there was no cure or significantly effective treatment for the condition but I would recommend anyone try this as a potential treatment for it.

Apply daily to a wet face. This transparent black gel becomes a generous white mousse that gently but intensely cleanses. Avoid the eye area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.
