Pretty good mouse
Pretty good mouse. I like the vertical design. It is more comfortable than a regular mouse. The main buttons are fine. The back forward browser button located at the bottom of the base is poorly located. It would be better if they were located on "top" of your thumb instead of at the bottom. The reason is, you can't press these button if they are on the bottom using only your right hand. There is nothing to press against. Not a big deal for me because I never use the forward and backward (next and previous) browsing button function of any other mouse but you may...My only issue with the mouse is it is the only mouse I own, I have 5 other mouse that doesn't track well on my desk. I needed a mouse pad for it to track well. I found this surprising given my wide range of high end and generic mouse, yet all of them were usable on my bare desk. All except this mouse. I did contact the seller but the "President" of the company said this mouse was "designed" to work on mouse pad only. Ok..... so this is rather limited use of a mouse in 2017. This is why I'm giving it a three star. I'm not returning. I do have mouse pads. But still a bit disppointed that there is modern mouse that can't be use a my rather ordinary desk. Arrived promptly via Prime. Good box, instruction, no battery included (as stated). Generic USB that has a storage space at the bottom so that was a good design.

Works great against carpal tunnel, but not so much as a mouse!
I've have been using this mouse for almost two months and here are my results:1. It works! The numbness in my hand has all but disappeared and it is surprisingly comfortable to use. (5 stars!)2. HOWEVER, the scroll wheel is TERRIBLE. You can try to scroll down and it will scroll up or not scroll for a moment or even scroll just a little bit and jump back up. This causes great frustration while trying to work and basically renders the product useless unless you are in to self torture. My IT guy even took it apart and cleaned it but to no avail. Maybe my particular one was faulty but I'm not interested in investing another $11 to find out. (1 star)So there you have it, folks. This mouse definitely helps with what it is designed to help but they forgot one major thing.... it still needs to function as a mouse. Three stars was the average although I lean closer to two stars as I can no longer use it because it does not perform primary purpose adequately.

It passes muster. It is a go. It is the fo’ shizzle.
This is a great item and deserves five stars for the following reasons:1. It is a plug and play device. In other words, after inserting the tiny USB wireless receiver into the computer or laptop; inserting a battery into your mouse; and turning the mouse’s power switch to the “on” position, the computer/laptop will automatically download necessary drivers so that the mouse is ready for use. It is simple to install.2. The mouse is not too big for a female’s hand.3. The mouse is simple to use and offers the basic functions. In my opinion, products that offer lots of technological “bells and whistles” seem to break more quickly and require longer learning curves. I prefer a durable, basic product - one that lasts for several years.5. The mouse works well my HP laptop and the cursor moves as expected.6. The mouse is reasonably priced. So, buy it.

Glitchy Connection
I bought two of these devices, one for home and the other for work. Everything worked well except I often feel that the connection is a little glitchy. I have an IBM laptop with dual monitor. When I move the mouse across my monitor, I would see it stop for a second, then continue again. At first, I thought it was the battery. The mouse requires two AA batteries. I made sure I use the expensive brand and so far I have switched more batteries than my old mouse which only takes 1 AA. I also tried different USB ports but I feel that it is just the USB dongle or the mouse not communicating correctly. Don't even bother contacting the seller/support team after 2 or 3 months out - I tried but never heard back from them. Good luck!

Pain free browsing
Great mouse for anyone who suffers from carpal tunnel or tendonitis. I work on a lot of Powerpoint presentations, which requires a great deal of clicking, dragging and adjusting the sizes of graphics and charts. The repetitive movements often aggravate my shoulder and wrist but since I started using this mouse, it makes the task feel seamless. I can get more work done in less time and I don't feel uncomfortable afterwards. Great design and super easy to use.

Great for carpal tunnel and joint issues in the hands!
I was a little skeptical about this mouse, but a colleague of mine has one and has been raving about it. I've been having wrist and joint issues for a few years due to how much time I spend on the computer, so I thought this might help. It took a little while to get used to, but after about 30 minutes of use, it was like second nature and felt amply more comfortable than my old mouse. I highly recommend this, especially for anyone with carpal tunnel or joint issues in their hands. Great product and find!

Great for carpal tunnel syndrome but don't drop it/knock it off the table!
I love this mouse and it is very good for my carpal tunnel. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is that it fell off the arm of the sofa onto the rug while I was working at home, and hasn't worked right since. I've ordered a 2nd one and will try not to drop it or knock it off something but if it happens again I'll probably try a different brand as I wish it were made of more sturdy materials.

Improved my work life.
Far more comfortable than expected. Only lack is I wish it woke up upon movement; the click to wake up the device takes time to learn and feels a bit cumberson.
