Bakuman volume 7 contains chapters 53 to 61.It is rated T for teen due to "suggestive themes".Bakuman is about 2 boys, Moritaka Mashiro and Akito Takagi, who dream of becoming professional manga creators. Mashiro is in charge of the art and Takagi writes the story. Together the duo call themselves Muto Ashirogi. Mashiro promised his girlfriend, Miho Azuki, that when both his dream and her dream of becoming a voice actress come true, they will get married.Volume 7 starts off with some bad news for the duo but Miho manages to motivate Mashiro and they get started on their next series! Their editor, Goro Miura, suggests a gag manga, but the boys prefer serious manga so they draw 2 different one-shots (standalone stories) for the magazine to let the readers decide!This volume isn't just about the main duo though! Takahama is also having problems with Miura, Nakai is rejected by Aoki but he easily gets over it when he meets another female assistant and Aiko Iwase returns!Bakuman is perfect for those wanting to enter the manga business. It shows both the ups and downs of the profession.Also in this volume are the results for the first ever Bakuman manga popularity contest! Readers in Japan were able to vote for which manga in Bakuman they would most like to read.Another great volume! The art is amazing and my love for Aoki has grown even more! When she was first introduced, she was stuck up so I didn't like her much but this volume gives her a much purer and gentler feeling. I still hate Miyoshi, at this point I don't think anything will be able to make me like her. I hoping the creators prove me wrong! Miura has also become a hateful character but that's how it's meant to be.Bakuman is one of the few manga that makes characters so realistic that you can talk about them as if they are real people. It makes you wonder if they are actually based on real people (even though it says at the start that everything in this book is fictional).Everything 5/5. I couldn't find a single flaw in this volume!
