The over bed poll that was sent is not like the one that you showed in your picture,it is not as adjustable as the one with the strait top section and thearfore is unsuitable,I would like you to change it for one as in your picture.Kind regardsTrevor.

A good all round support and exerciser in bed.
Ok it's a bit expensive. But believe me it does work. Not just very handy for helping oneself to move a bit better. But the overhead bar will aid in strengthening muscles. Depending on how you hold it. Don't push for it too hard. You don't want to strain yourself. But bit by bit. You will see improvements.
