The resistance bands are great. It would be even better if a printed training guide came with it.Yes I found the guide in the description but had to take snapshots of it on my phone so that I could have a copy- there was no choice to save it.

They work great..so far so good esp for the price ..they even come with a mesh bag which is a plus for me I like to keep everything somewhat together :)

I love these resistance bands! They are all a very pretty color and a great material. I've had them for 3 weeks now and so far they've worked great! They are very durable and haven't slipped during my workout routines. I still have a good range of motion while using them and they haven't stretched out like other bands I've used. They come in a cute little carrying case and you can tell the difference in resistance with each band! I will be ordering more of these that I can keep one in my car for when I go to the gym and one at home for when I'm doing a home workout.

These are tighter than the rubber bands so I'm still adjusting

Medium one started to fray slightly after a few weeks of use, but still works great!

I really like these bands. They are sturdy and the fabric around the bands make a big difference. They don’t pull on the skin or bunch up.

Definitely what I wanted and was looking for.

Expect them to stretch and loose their strength. Will see but good product and cheap. Love them in my workouts.

The media could not be loaded.  They work nice and are in cute colors. The elastic seems to not last super long. I received my set on March 16th and this video was taken today on the 30th. I do like these, just wish they didn’t break down so fast.

I loved it. Ive used so many bands before, they either rip or roll up but when these they have rubber which sticks to skin or clothes. Also, the resistance is great, its not light which makes the worker a better burner. Over all amazing.
