Reflexology Insoles for Men - gently massage the reflexology points on your feet

They are really good in my husbands shoes he says you don't no you've got them in as they are that comfy infact I'll get some more later on for his other shoes

Why are these insoles shaped the way they are?? "Feet are not shaped at that angle " so I made a slight alteration too them by cutting straight across at the arch ,then lay it straight ,(like a normal foot )then cut off the the small wedge shaped piece with scissors ,then rejoin the two halves with adhesive tape ,they will then fit perfectly in the shoes ,and will be more comfortable ,the other solution is send them back !! I suffer from plantar fascIItIs which I have had for over a year ,and my goodness ,I am finally getting relief ,so ,all this effort has worked .

The insoles are really good if not a bit small I use them in my safety shoes at work as I have to stand most of the time and they really do help. Wished they just fitted better.

Feel the difference, but cat keep them in for too long

Possibly the biggest waste of money I have ever had the misfortune of spending. Flappy floppy no real structure. Not clear on the cut marks. Have a faint but annoying odour. Did not find them to work at all. Quite uncomfortable and I have used reflexology sandals before for years without this level of annoynace. Good idea but rubbish implementation. I used them in the end for a week and threw them away.They slip in the shoe even when cut to size as well. If I could give them zero I would. Very disappointing.

excellent product, but took me some time to get used too!perhaps my feet are too snsitive! however i soon got used yo the strange sensation and began to enjoy it.try it yourself!!

Thought I'd give these a try but find they are too hard on the feet and don't massage as far as I can tell.

Mens size fits my ladies shoes, with a bit of trimming around the shape of the foot. Takes a bit of getting used to, but soon didn`t notice the strange spikey feel to each step! Wear socks with them! Can`t say that my feet, legs or everything else have stopped aching though. Doubt I`ll bother buying more.
