I am giving this product ONE star because it does in fact resemble a raw hide, and it is very very hard.... until my pup started chewing it, then it seems her saliva softened it A LOT! But that was okay, I just had to watch her and take it away after a few minutes or else she would have eaten more. The main reason for this review and more of a complaint and WARNING is because my dog first had her first chews the day we got the bones, which was around 7:30pm. The following day she was VOMITING ALL DAY LONG! It started around 1:30 - 2:00pm. She became very very SICK! She didnt want to move around much, all she wanted to do was lay around. SO JUST A HEADS UP ABOUT THIS! I really really would be careful giving your dogs this.** Also when I went on AMAZON to return these bones, the company was trying to charge me $4.00 to return the items !

Our dog loves this bone and it's very large ... but I can only give 3 stars because she threw it up after eating. It's not necessarily the bone it could be my dog has a sensitive stomach.

I WAS TOLD BY MY VET NOT TO GIVE MY DOG RAWHIDE. WHEN I SAW THESE NON-RAWHIDE BONES, I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM A TRY. WELL, MY DOG ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM. tHEY ARE QUITE BIG AND SHE EATS A SECTION AT A TIME AND KEEPS HIDING IT AND THEN LOOKING FOR IT THE NEXT DAY TO EAT MORE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING THESE AS THEY ARE A HEALTHY SUBSTITUTE FOR RAWHIDE BONES

Dog loved it. They are very large so take a long time which is a good thing! Safe non raw hide to use!

My dogs in love with her bone. She danced around it for a few minutes then took in the pleasure of chewing away. She is a 9 month old labradoddle who loves her chews. This was perfect. Highly recommended.

ALL my dogs like love them! Can't say enough about them and it helps their teeth too!!! Made right here in USA and you can just tell they are a better choice!!! Gotta try all flavors and sizes......

Although the bones are larger than expected for my 24 lb Lhasa poo he loves em and 1 bone lasts him for a few weeks, I let him chew on it after his supper for a while each night.
