Bought this for travel for a trip where we were trying to pack light in a backpack with lots of walking. This did the job and kept him dry while packing up really small when not in use. Doesn't have a ton of additional insulation so won't keep you super warm if that is what you are looking for, but if looking for a packable jacket just to keep dry this is great.

My kid loves this and looks great in it, but material is similar to umbrella fabric, very lightweight and water resistant but will soak through if rain is hard.
