Good tiny Multi Meter at an affordable price
This is a great little Multi meter at an affordable price. It's portable, yes the leads are short and it doesn't have the features of a $400 fluke. But if you just want the basic features of a DMM, in a portable size not much bigger than a wallet. it's hard to beat this. I keep one on each motorcycle and I can't count the # of times it's come in handy to help people stranded diagnose a problem.

Great value for the price
Very handy and compact, decent specs for the size and price, folds up into its own case. Has features that can be unusual in a cheap tiny pocket multimeter: Auto-ranging with optional manual ranging, data hold, 4000 count, "True RMS" claimed (but I haven't tested that). The front panel shows a 'Rel" button, but it shares the same button with the 'Hold' function; I could only get the relative function to engage when measuring capacitance... so mostly useless, unfortunately. However, when the probes are not probing, most settings seem to automatically settle on zero within a second or so without the common jittery noise readings... making me wonder if the meter is perhaps automatically setting a relative zero without having to press a 'Rel' button... but I don't really know. Auto-ranging seems reasonably quick, and the meter seems to settle on readings without excessive jitteriness. Continuity seems a bit quicker than what I've seen on other cheap meters... not Fluke-quick, but not too bad. Any inconsistency in getting a quick clean reading seemed mostly due to the probe tips, which seem to have some spots on their shafts that don't read as quickly or consistently in every spot. The Diode function provides enough juice to light up LEDs being tested; a bonus, since not all meters manage to do that. I was able to get accurate capacitance readings down to 1 nf and up 10 microfarads, but not above or below that range. The meter uses two AAA batteries, which are convenient and much better than the button batteries that are sometimes used in these little mini-meters; batteries are *not* included. The meter has no ability to measure current, but I don't recall ever seeing that function in a small folding pocket meter, so no surprise there.I compared a number of readings against a recently calibrated Fluke 87v, and the little meter gets quite close; so... this one is reasonably accurate, and it seems to measure well within it's declared specs. It doesn't feel particularly rugged, but it's ideal for light use, backup, and as something you can keep handy whenever carrying a bigger more expensive meter isn't practical. And if it gets lost or broken... hey, you're only out $12 or so. All in all, a great value for the price.

Great pocket DMM - includes V, R, I, C & frequency
Fits in a pocket. Get two, one to leave open on the bench, the other for pocket carry. Takes practice unpacking and stowing probes for pocket unit. Changing batteries requires miniature phillips head screw driver - awkward the first time you discover it, which is immediately since unit ships without batteries installed. :-)

versatil
si no fuera por la dificultad de guardar los terminales, es perfecto para llevarlo en el carro, sirve como ayuda para detectar daños eléctricos

Perfect size
This is a great size. It’s a lot smaller than my other multimeter which makes it handy when working in cramped spaces or to have with me in the glove box.

Works great
Great multimeter, leads are a little fiddly to get back in place. Works well!

Simple, easy to use.
I also bought this to replace an old Radio Shack Micronta multimeter. I was looking for a simple multimeter with auto shutoff. This exactly what I was looking for.
