Updated Update 😄: The seller did issue the refund as promised. They asked if we wanted a refund or exchange, but unfortunately the pink scooter was out of stock, so they sent us the refund, very quickly, and also offered a discount on a new scooter when the pink comes back in stock again. I would absolutely deal with this company again, they were so wonderful I raised my star rating from 2 to 4 (if the original scooter wouldn't have been broken, I would have loved to have given them 5 stars, but since the original product was damaged upon opening it, I took off 1 star), they were absolutely wonderful, though, and I would definitely, 100% recommend anyone to do business with them, as we will be in the future, as well 😁. Thank you so much for everything!Update: Seller reached out to us with message asking for a video of the lighting issues, to make sure it doesn't work on any of the settings, because it's apparently an 'unusual issue' with this scooter. However, I can not send the video any other way, so therefor I am adding it to my review to show that the one half of the light strip does not work on any setting at all, and this is how it was straight out of the box. Very disappointing ☹️ but the seller did offer us a refund for the issues, so they do seem honest and they seem to want to make sure all of their customers are satisfied, so that is very encouraging, and would make us try doing business with them again in the future, as long as we do receive the refund as originally promised. Thank you for reading!Original Review: We bought this last month, for our daughter's birthday this month, so it's of course, past the return window now, before we even got to give it to her, but when we finally gave it to her, and she was able to try it out, after charging and everything, imagine ours and her disappointment when we saw that half of the lights don't light up on the one side. I attached 2 pictures of it, the 1st one shows the side without all of the lights lit up (the broken side) and the 2nd picture shows the other side that is working correctly, and not broken. Very upset and disappointed, especially with how much we paid for this thing, partly because of the lights on it, and half of them don't even work!!! BUYER BEWARE!! If you purchase this scooter, make sure to check it over very well before gifting it to anyone, and definitely if you're doing your shopping early, like we do, because now we have a very sad little 7 year old girl 😥 and a scooter that only half works 😔.

The scooter does not exceed 8mph. Which is super slow.The first time I ordered it I had to return it because it was missing screws and seemed used and scratched up. I then reordered well to my surprise as my daughter got better on the scooter, we noticed it doesn't pass 8mph if that. Honestly my daughter is thin, and even having a little more weight will also slow it down. So for the price if you want slow go get one of those 80 and under electrical scooters. For this price it should go to the 10mph they indicate.

I like everything about this scooter except the battery life. Battery doesn't last long but takes long to charge. My son has only used it indoors for now, but I don't think he would get far outside. Sad because I love the light up wheels, how small itnis for younger kids, and the fact that it's not too fast....but the battery is definitely just too much of an issue

Only worked for one time charged. Won’t charge at all. Disappointed seller won’t do a return. Not worth the money for only to work a short time.
