Add to some orange juice each morning, no complaints here!
I tried these on a whim as I tend to suffer with iron deficiency.I was pleasantly surprised. I have no idea whether my iron levels in my blood has increased but I feel more satisfied in myself that I am at least consuming iron in my diet, without the need to increase red meat/ green leaf vegetables consumption.I tried mixing this into water (with cordial) initially. You can definitely taste the iron! So I usually mix this into a cup of orange juice each morning, where I can’t taste any difference. Orange also helps with the body being able to absorb the iron also.I was surprised to see that this is produced locally (in the UK) so I have zero concerns that this is not unsafe to consume. I’ve recommended to a few people I know who struggle with fatigue, dizziness etc and I do the same to whoever is reading this too.

The stomach tolerates this product
I was in need of iron according to my blood results, but I cannot take iron tablets. I found the Spa tone liquid iron, and, within a couple of days was feeling so much better. The tiredness was better and I was feeling better in myself. I can certainly recommend this product.

Good iron
I got my adult son’s Ferrtin level up to 120 in a few months buy taking 2 together every other day. I read it is best to take iron every other day for better absorption.

Excellent source if iron
These supplements have really helped to get my iron up to healthy levels. They are easier on the stomach compared with tablets, more bioavailable and are free from added ingredients. I mix mine with fresh orange juice to provide the vitamin C necessary to ensure good absorption. One point of improvement would be: As this is a natural mineral water, I would prefer to have a full breakdown of other major mineral ion concentrations in the water to keep track of what I am consuming.

The Best Iron Supplement
I've had these for over 10 years! They are the absolute best iron supplement. Most iron supplements will paint your gums silver and give you a really bad stomach ache. This won't. However, if you get it without flavor you should add it to a drink such as a protein shake or some orange juice, or it may taste a little bit like iron or give a slight stomach ache.Ferrous fumarate comes with the drawback of potentially allowing you to have too much iron. This is unlikely, because the upper limit is twice the recommended amount, but it's possible, whereas it's believed the body can regulate this version better.I have had multiple iron tests during that 10+ years. I went from being anaemic with pale skin and chest pains throughout my entire childhood and teenage years, to having almost maxed iron/red blood cell test results for over 10 years due to this one supplement. If anyone tells you that broccoli or spinach will give you enough iron, it's nonsense - didn't work for me prior to starting these. The only way to be sure you are getting what you need is to supplement.
