We use our spa 3 to 4 times a week. Trying to keep the chemistry balanced was a challenge. With Gentle Spa I used less chemistry, the pH rarely wanders away from perfect, and my skin doesn't get as itchy. But the best thing about Gentle Spa is I change my water less frequently. I used to change my water once every three months and now every 4 to 5 months. Very happy!

Follow directions and it will work great! We recieved the change in hot tub water that we were looking for. A must have!

I really like this stuff. Made my water much softer, not slippery just softer. Makes my skin feel better also. The tub is not as drying to my skin as it was before this was added. I am in love with this stuff. I will continue to use this for as long as I have my hot tub.I had no idea spa water could be so soft and refreshing to the skin.. Thank you Gentle Spa!!

Ddoes make the water feel smoother and shemical balance seems to last longer

Works well. Just found elsewhere for a lot less. Won’t be buying on Amazon.
