Better than I expected
Used for the stern anchor when we back into a sandbar. The marks help identify how much rope has been payed out. High quality rope, soft on the hands and dries pretty qickly before being tossed into the locker.

Nicely Finished Anchor Rope for Small Boats
Product Reviewed: 100’ double braid anchor rope for $36 minus 15% couponTL;DR; Has depth markers; SS fittings by magnet test; Both ends are finishedI don’t intent to use this as an anchor rope but it would do fine for a small boat on shallow water with the addition of a length of chain. The metal fittings included are stainless by magnet test and are nicely finished. There is protection built in for a metal quick link or pin style to Chain connection on one end and the other end is whipped.I have no way to determine the material but the rope seems of nice quality and is quite supple. Generally I prefer for dock lines and anchors a 3 braid style rope so I can splice it or put a braided loop in the end but this is very nice stuff also.I find this to be quite a good value for a quality rope.No real complaints 5 starsHow I review:Reviews start with 5 stars and I subtract points.- 0 for value but I try to provide guidance-0.5 to -3 for product not matching description e.g. stainless steel is actually plated steel-0.5 to -3 for product missing badly on executionI select products carefully so low (1-3 scores) are rare but detailed comments and critiques almost always are in the review. Most of my reviews come out 4-5 range. If possible I dismantle or destroy items to examine inner workings.

Heavy duty rope
This rope is heavy duty and very thick so I have no doubt it will work great as an anchor rope for a small boat. I will be using it to keep jet skis from floating away when on the pier and I will also use for the piñatas for the parties. I will anchor from the bottom of my roof , tie the piñata and stand on a tall ladder I have on the other side.I can use this on a tree branch as well and it will hold up just great. Thick rope and it’s very long so it could be used for many things other than anchoring.

Quality anchor line
The first thing I noticed was how nicely whipped the splice at the thimble was. The next thing I noticed was the quality of the shackle as it has a ring to keep it from unscrewing. And yes it is marked at intervals so you can easily tell the depth. There's not really much more to say about it as it does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you're looking for an anchor line this size you should stop looking and just get this one.

Anchor Line Depth Markers are a plus
Anchor Line is pretty standard, and the 20ft line markers are a nice visual indicator. The included Shackle fits all our Anchors, unlike other brands we’ve used in the past. This Shackle also has a spring retainer, to prevent hardware loss. The Thimble Eye is professionally sewn, however, we will add Shrink sleeves for added protection.

Well made anchor line.
I like that this rope is white (easy to know when it needs cleaned) and that the depth marker (marked every 20 feet) is easy to see so there will be no random "guessing" of the water depth. The stainless steel hardware is sturdy and can easily to used to secure an anchor and the rope is certainly long enough to be able to tie it off (unless the water is extremely deep). I expect to get a lot of years from this rope and $36 is a reasonable price.
