I cook chicken legs, thighs, and wings on these in my pellet smokers. It allows every side to cook perfectly without having to turn them over. I just hit the grill toppers with a little high temp cooking spray first. And because they’re disposable, quick and easy cleanup.

I haven't used these, but well pleased with their construction.

While these are great for grilling (especially fish), I like to use them for cooking bacon in the oven. I bend one over in an arc on a rimmed baking sheet and lay the bacon on it. The bacon fat drips off and the bacon gets crispy. Easy way to save bacon fat. That method is so much easier with these.

These grates are pretty good for what they are. They are a good size for most grilling needs and the pack that I ordered had 20 in it so plenty to last me awhile. Depending upon what you cook, these are sturdy enough that you could clean and reuse them, but I think most people would consider these as disposable.The edge all around the perimeter of the tray is curved up which keeps food better contained and helps with strength. If you use and toss them, they are a bit pricey, but I think they are an OK value for what you get.
